The City of Virginia has two locations for an Emergency / Fall out Shelter. Virginia City Hall and Miner’s Memorial Building.
Virginia City Hall is located at 327 1st Street South and the Miner's Memorial Building is located at 821 9th Avenue South

The American Red Cross is a great source of information on how to plan and be prepared for an emergency. We suggest you stay vigilant and be prepared for changing conditions.
